You are visiting the website of LEGION that was developed for foreign citizens to help Ukraine liberate itself of its occupiers. LEGION website is created and operated by Ukrainian entity Ukrainian Armor LLC. We have created this website as a part of our volunteer efforts to help Ukraine.

Types of data we
collect
Purpose for collecting information:
we only collect data to be able to provide relevant candidates for the Ministry of Defense and Ukrainian government. If we develop any further purposes, we will notify you before starting any such processing, and you will have control of your data.

Name and surname; ID number; citizenship; current location; age; place of birth; marital status; education; etc

Security
We understand that the security of your data may mean life and death. That’s why we treat security seriously.
Measures we have implemented:

We mask your identity.

We separate the information you provide into personal and professional and store it in separate databases. Even if one of the databases gets hacked, the attackers will not be able to reinstate full data.

We encrypt data at rest and in transit.

We use Cloudflare tools to mask server IP and withstand DDOS attacks.

The access to every server is restricted with passwords and by specific IP addresses, only through VPN tunnels.

We use 2FA wherever possible.

We have a set of user roles with different access to ensure that data does not get compromised even if the users are.

We will erase your data at your first request if you believe we should no longer have it.
Data transfer
We only share your data on a need-to-know basis and only with trusted parties in Ukrainian government or to other units you authorize us to send your data to.
We process your data using secure cloud infrastructure.

Rights
The right to access.
You can request an explanation of the processing of your personal data.
The right to portability.
You can request all the data that you provided to us, as well as request to transfer data to another controller.

You can file a complaint to the regulatory body in Ukraine or in your country of origin.
The right to be forgotten.
You can send us a request to delete your personal data from our systems, unless there is a legal requirement to keep it.
